Mummy Boome's Shepherd Pie

A family favorite and very easy to make. I forego the fresh veggies and just use a frozen organic mix with green beans, edamame, corn and baby carrots. Sautéed ground beef or bison, some shallots, butter, salt, pepper and some sage and thyme. Boil some peeled russet potatoes  mash with cream, butter, salt, pepper and white cheddar cheese.
