Thai and True

Sauté chicken breast
Add 2 cans coconut Mille
5 fresh basil leaves
1 sliced zucchini
1 can slivered bamboo shoots 
 

2-4 Tbsp of curry paste red or green
1 green pepper sliced or fresh jalapeño 
 
Serve over your favorite cooked rice! Easy peasy my friends!
