Super easy recipe and a hit at any party for sure! Wonton wrappers layered with spicy taco seasoned beef, sharp Wisconsin cheese, onions, tomatoes and fresh jalapeños to top. Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Top with sour cream. Yum!

Mummy Boome's Shepherd Pie

A family favorite and very easy to make. I forego the fresh veggies and just use a frozen organic mix with green beans, edamame, corn and baby carrots. Sautéed ground beef or bison, some shallots, butter, salt, pepper and some sage and thyme. Boil some peeled russet potatoes  mash with cream, butter, salt, pepper and white cheddar cheese. Layer and bake. You can google this recipe and find it under:

Utica Chicken Riggies

This is a native Utica NY dish that graced its presence at Tina's table this week!

Chicken, riggies ( or whatever pasta you have on hand) sweet and hot cherry peppers, mushrooms, cream, butter, Parmesan, tomato sauce, shallots, salt and pepper. You can google the recipe and modify as needed. I like to keep it simple. Some add tomato chunks and black olives. Some like it more red than white or pink. I'm a pink girl.

Here is the basic recipe to follow:
