Trisha Yearwood's Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Cheddar casserole...

I love this recipe because it tastes amazing and it super easy to make. Pulled chicken fresh broccoli cheddar rice and a hint of lemon to brighten up the flavors. I also added buttered mushrooms to mine. Bake and enjoy!

The only casserole I truly trust...

Chicken and rice with Marsala mushrooms and cheddar with a fresh squeeze of lemon- baked to perfection. Another easy dish to make ahead of time to savor later. Truly comfort food!

Kentucky Baked Chicken

One of my favorite recipes to make and a staple in our house. It's essentially baked chicken with a melody of spices to give it that extra kick! This dish was accompanied by a fresh avocado salad on the fly made with heirloom tomatoes, red onion and a lemon balsamic drizzle.

Hardy Baked Gemelli with Giant Meatballs

One of my all time favorite recipes to make. I used gemelli pasta instead of ziti this time and used generous portions of ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. Tomorrow we head up to lakehouse in Lake Granby for some snow shoeing and ice fishing. This will be the perfect meal after a chilly day on the water. Easy to make ahead until it's time to pop this baby into the oven. I can practically smell the cheese bubbling now...

Mama T's Grilled Pizza

Explored a pizza stone inside the grill thanks to grill master Brad...and the end result was amazing! If you like your crust crisp and your pizza bubbling hot, take note!

Made my homemade sauce ( see first blog post) and dough recipe ( 2 cups bread flour or refined pastry flour, 1 cup of warm water mixed with 1 tsp of yeast, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar or squeeze of honey, 3 Tbsp of olive oil and mix dry with the wet together) let sit in a warm place covered with a wet towel. Punch the dough here and there maybe every 20 min for hour to hour half.. roll out with flour and dress your pizza. Get ready for your best pizza night yet!

Make sure your grill is 400 degrees and cook until your liking.  Bon appetite!
