Savory roasted Alaskan salmon

Alaska Broiled salmon with Spanish saffron rice and cucumber cumin raita sauce:

Salmon:
Broiled filet salmon with a few spread of butter and Paul Prudhommes's Magic salmon seasoning sprinkled on top- broil on top rack of oven for 7-10 minutes until golden brown

Rice: 
follow choice white rice instructions if applicable.. I use ten minute basmati white type rice from Costco-  1 cup rice rinsed 2 cups water 1 tbsp chicken stock/ bouillon and 1 tsp saffron - being to boil then cover and let simmer 10-12 minutes. 

Cucumber cumin raita sauce:
1 cup-1 1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt
Half cucumber seeded 
Half white onion 
Tbsp cumin
Tbsp salt
Tbsp fresh mint
Tbsp cayenne pepper

Blend all ingredients or finely chop all ingredients and mix. You can store in fridge an hour before you serve or serve right away.
